Description
Aluminium Bi-Folds With Integral Blinds are an excellent way to let in light and open up your home to the outside. And with Fast Doors you can have them in just 20 days. However, Bi-Fold doors can be overly effective and make you feel as if your indoor life is on display for all to see; this is why you need integral blinds. If privacy and over-glare are concerns for your home, you can easily request that internal blinds be included in your Bi-Fold door order. A double-glazed door has integral blinds installed between the two panes of glass. They are also known as ‘integrated blinds,’ ‘internal blinds,’ ‘interstitial blinds,’ and ‘hermetically sealed blinds.
Because Aluminium Bi-Fold doors allow a lot more light into your home, some people may be put off installing them because they believe it will reduce their privacy if they have neighbors nearby. We thought about it, which is why we included blinds as one of our optional extras. Integral blinds keep your home private and safe from prying eyes, while also maintaining the aesthetic and style of your home’s decor.
Because integrated blinds are sealed away, there is no risk of them becoming damaged during normal daily use. Because they are hermetically sealed between the two glass panes, they do not collect dust and will never require cleaning or maintenance other than cleaning the glass panes of your doors. As a result, integrated blinds should last as long as your glazing, which could be several decades!

The standard width of our frame is 50mm sometimes an add on / build up is needed to make the frame thick 20mm / 42mm. If you select trickle vents the bi fold will require a standard 20mm add on for the trickle vent to sit in and the sliding doors will require a 42mm add on for the tickle vents to sit in.

Kit form is where the doors come separated from the frame. Usually the doors are delivered built up in the frame and not in kit form. Kit form is useful when these is limited access.
